In Sanskrit, Trinetra is the third eye — the seat of insight, the faculty that perceives cause behind effect. We took the name because that is exactly what good engineering does: it looks past the symptom and fixes the system.
Who We Are
A product company that never stopped being an engineering company.
Trinetra was founded on a simple frustration: enterprises were buying software that demoed beautifully and failed quietly. Vendors optimised for the signature, not the system.
So we built a firm with two halves that keep each other honest. Our products — the Netra platform family — force us to live with our own architectural decisions for years. Our services practice takes that hard-won judgement into our clients' hardest problems.
Headquartered in Lucknow, India, we work with banks, insurers, fintechs, healthcare providers, manufacturers and public-sector teams across three continents.

Founder & Chief Executive
Nidhi founded Trinetra to prove that a firm could be uncompromising about engineering quality and still move at startup speed. She sets the technical bar, leads client architecture reviews personally, and has a standing rule that no proposal leaves the building unless an engineer has signed off on the estimate.
